ProVen Adult is a high potency probiotic with prebiotic, shown in numerous UK trials to be effective in helping to support healthy digestive and immune systems particularly in those affected by their hectic lifestyle.
ProVen Adult contains the unique LAB4 group of probiotic organisms:

These friendly and beneficial bacteria are naturally present in our intestines but their numbers can be reduced due to modern lifestyle. Research suggests that greater numbers of these bacteria may help in supporting the immune system and digestive function. In UK trials Proven has been shown to help maintain normal intestinal function and has also been shown to help restore a balanced intestinal flora following use of antibiotics.

Prebiotics stimulate the growth of the friendly ProVen bacteria and help maintain good intestinal health.
Directions for Use
Take one capsule per day with food. To supplement a higher level of 25 billion LAB4 friendly bacteria take two capsules per day with food. (Participants in the Sheffield Trial took two capsules of ProVen Adult per day)
Suitable for vegetarians
Storage:
ProVen Adult will provide 12.5 billion active cells per capsule if the product is stored in a cool dry place. However, higher numbers may be delivered if ProVen Adult is refrigerated.
