Terms and Conditions
Our terms of trading are shown for all Website business for any products that are ordered with VeryWise Nutrition Limited. By placing an order, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
Ordering Products
You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the checkout procedure. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you give and sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.
Payment and Price
The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Website at the time we accept the order. The price will include any applicable VAT, but not the cost of delivery. In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order. Payment is by credit card at the time we accept your order. Refunds will be made by credit to your card.
Delivery of Goods
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address that you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery cannot be given in any contract between us. If you do not take delivery of the goods or supply adequate delivery instruction we may cancel your order and retain the goods. In this event we will refund you the price of the goods but you will still be liable to pay the delivery charges. If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the goods ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damages if you fail to do this.
Cancelling / Return Goods
You may cancel your order by notifying us at any time up to 14 days from the order date if the goods are not delivered. The notification should state the order number and the reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us, the goods should be returned in a reasonable condition at your expense, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. You cannot return the goods once they have been opened, your statutory rights concerning the quality of the goods will be unaffected.
